Mitigis is designed to deliver quality services on a single hardware device, which is installed onsite. Every installation differs according to business needs and the device is configured to seamlessly integrate into the network. The once-off implementation fee is predetermined according to configuration complexity and is graded according to one of 5 fixed-cost categories: Micro, Small, Medium, Large, and Enterprise. Only two monthly pricing models apply, which is primarily based on the services effort required from Imperative Informatics (Africa). The Mitigis solution automates many of the skills organizations do not have access to, or skills they simply cannot afford to permanently employ. Mitigis is well suited to almost any IT landscape – whether these are serviced by an internal IT department, or via a preferred IT services partner.
